What do we do? Provide ALL youth between the ages of 16-25 an inclusive, safe, and supportive space with connections to education, workforce and community resources.
Why? We hope that we can help create successful futures for young people in our community.
The Center is a safe place to:
- Eat and learn how to cook
- Hang with friends
- Shower with privacy
- Play basketball in the gym
- Relax in peace or watch television
- Read books and magazines
- Shop in the free store
- Access the computer and Wifi
- Listen to music or maybe learn to play an instrument
The Center Team will offer assessments and help you create a “game plan” to decide what path you would like to take to have a healthy life with stable housing and employment.
You can work toward getting identification needed to receive housing, attend life skills training and GED courses at The Center and connect with other community partners who can help you achieve your other career goals.
