What do we do? Provide support to those who have ever been in foster care, kinship care, couch surfing, ward of the state, involved in juvenile justice system, experiencing homelessness between the ages of 16-25 an inclusive, safe, and supportive space with connections to education, workforce and community resources.
Why? We hope that we can help create successful futures for young people in our community.
LevelUP is a safe place to:
- Learn life skills
- Get connected to community resources
- Hang with friends
- Read books and magazines
- Interview practice and resume support
The LevelUP Team will offer assessments and help you create a “game plan” to decide what path you would like to take to have a healthy life with stable housing and employment.
You can work toward getting identification needed to receive housing, attend life skills training and GED courses at The Center and connect with other community partners who can help you achieve your other career goals.
