Stress can have lasting impacts on your life. Learning to manage your stress will set you up for future. There are multiple ways to provide self-care such as taking a walk outside, eating three meals a day, reading a book, or going and hanging out with friends. Finding ways to incorporate self-care can help lower the impacts on stress that we cannot get rid of. Finding what works for you and learning how to set healthy boundaries in areas that tend to be stressful will help you in the long run.
