LevelUP provides young people aged 18-25 leaving foster/kinship care vital resources and support to help set them up for success as they transition to adulthood. The team includes a Coach and Peer Guide who assist in identifying transition needs and creating a “game plan,” offering life skills training and educational courses. Coaches and Peer Guides will also assist in linking individuals to community partners to access resources for obtaining a healthy life and stable career pathway.
